Logico has many young employees in their twenties and thirties. It is very vibrant company.
Based on age and skill of individual, responsible posts are entrusted aggressively, so it is very exciting. While I was selling motorcycles in my previous job, I decided to change my career and joined Logico because my friend told me that "Logico is nice place to challenge new things". It is true that Logico listen to the new comer's opinion carefully, and provides the opportunities to realize what you want to do.
In fact, I had an opportunities to be involved in the new business from the planning stage. Currently I'm responsible manager of the new business.If you are a person who can work on your own initiatives, you will have a lot of opportunities to demonstrate your strength to be assigned to challenging job.

10 years of experience at a another company can be attained within a few years at Logico. While I feel pressure, I believe Logico is the perfect fcompany for those who want to challenge themselves.

I have been managing the balance between manager role in Logico and mother's role in my home from 2014, when I gave birth to my first child. While I was afraid if I can return to the work as previous after child-care leave, I decided to challenge to be back to my workplace. Logico kindly provided the the position with reduction of working hours. It is really helpful to take care of child, housework etc. As a result, I have been thoroughly thinking about efficiency and effectiveness than ever to complete my job within the limited working hours.

I would like to advice that "You can be successful in Logico", if there are someone who are wornding if worki-life balance can be managed after having children. The compnay and colleagues tend to offer the kind support when you need to handle sometinig for child-care. More importantly you can improve your skills, effcicienfies and effectiveness because of the limited working hours. As we will have a variety of life events, such as pregnancy, child-care, nursing care etc., you can feel free to talk to managers, exectives in Logico so that you can find out the best way to realize your work-life balance properly. Logico is wiling to provide the opportunity to make a work-life balance. It is one of the major reason why I can continue to work for Logico after having a child.

I work for Logico as a sales leader in Tokyo Sales Branch. It is quite important to maintain the motivation to work. I have 2 major motivations.The first one is "Recognition", which is something like "Significance of existence" for me. I would like to be a part of company which recognize my significant accomplishments. The another motivation is "Pay". I do have my family, wife and child. I believe it is common for those who have family to challenge earning more money to make their family happy. I'm currently satisfied very much from those 2 major motivation perspective.

Logico recognizes my behavior and performance and provides leader's position with appropriate salary. I feel that I have been improving my skills along with the team members in Tokyo Sales Branch office. My performance have been recognized properly.
In order to maintain my performance, I have been paying strong attention to the way to communicate with colleagues. Actually I do have staffs who are elder than myself in my team. I have been communicating with them with respect to make their job better. Sometime they provide helpful suggestions for me as well.

In fact I'm very much careful about my words, behavior to communicate with my colleagues especially for those who are elder than myself."What is my aspiration?" Well.. I think it is important to improve my skills everyday, steadily.

Logico is the best place for those who are willing to work at lively and vibrant workplace, rather than quiet, PC operation oriented workplace. There are many opportunities to communicate with colleagues in similar age, senior staffs, managers, executives and even president of Logico. All of them are quite friendly.
While it is the first time for me to live in Tokyo alone, I have never felt sad as someone kindly invite me to play something over the weekends. Of course I sometime faced challenging situation in business. However I could manage them with strong help from colleagues, as the workplace climate is really open to take consultation.

I'm so happy to join Logico as I have a moment of laughter with fun at work every day.

I think Logico is the best place for those who are willing to improve skills and challenge new things. Sometimes it is surprisingly perfect if you try something which you are not comfortable to do it.
Logico provides challenging role and responsibility with solid support, so you can try more challenging job with fun.

I believe it is important to have a sense of "Additional Value" and "Creativity" for logistics business.
I think Logico will continue to delivery the additional value and creative ideas in response to customer's needs and demands on top of standard transportation services.
For example, it is possible to contribute to maximize sales opportunities for customers through repairing, adding and coating the customer's car, and then delivering it on their website to start sales activities immediately, before have them reached their shop. I believe Logico has an tremendous possibility to create additional value for the customers.

I think Logico provides "Opportunity for skill improvement" especially for younger ages. As I was told it in the hiring interview, there are no negative impression after joining Logico that "I can not be responsible for the important job because of young and new comer". Logico has strong company culture that allows even young people or new comers to express their ideas frankly, and evaluate it as appropriate. While you may wonder if you can manage the challenging jobs as new comer, there should not be any problems because senior colleagues will provide proper help and support to make you successful.

The company culture, which allows young people to try challenging jobs, helps me to improve my skills.
"Sales role" may sound like very lonely job, but it is quite different in Logico. We are working very closely not only with the team members in Sales but staff members in other functions so that we can properly complete proposal to billing work properly.I strongly feel the significance of my existence when customers decided to buy our proposal which we created as a team Logico through the communication among all of stakeholders.
